While I do my best to be efficient and thorough, some tasks may require additional work that was not included in the initial estimate. In such cases, I will inform you beforehand and discuss the additional work and the corresponding rate for it. This ensures transparency and fairness in my services. Please know that your satisfaction is my top priority and I am always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your home is clean and tidy.

Travel fees

I want to take a moment to be transparent about my travel fee policy. Given that I operate this business independently, I strive to keep my services affordable while maintaining the quality you deserve. To cover the additional time and expenses associated with traveling beyond a 15-mile radius from my location, a modest travel fee will be applied. This fee is a one-time charge per visit and is designed to help offset the costs of commuting to more distant locations. As a solo housekeeper, it allows me to continue providing personalized and reliable service to all clients, regardless of their location.

Deposit 

To secure your booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to the total cleaning fee. I accept payments via Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo.
